During the summer I am always looking for creative ways to use the yummy seasonal fruits. This pineapple smoothie is a refreshing drink to start the day or for a mid afternoon snack. Ingredients 1/2 Cup Pineapple 1/2 Banana 1 tsp. Chia Seeds 1/2 or (8oz) cup of water 8-10 ice cubes 3 scoops French Vanilla Nutrimeal (or 1 Pack) Throw everything in the blender and blend until smooth!
