We had a fun time apple picking the other day and came home with a huge bag of yummy golden delicious and cortland apples. Having fresh picked apples helped inspire me to make up a tasty apple salad. This is an easy salad that is hearty, with lots of veggies and fruits. YUM! Apple & Walnut Salad Ingredients: 1 bag of mixed greens 2-3 apples–halved, cored and thinly sliced lengthwise 2 ribs celery, thinly sliced crosswise 1 cup seedless grapes, halved 1 cup toasted walnuts, ch
