Start your day right!
Do you have a plan for how to start each day? For me, it's super important after a good night's rest to get the blood flowing. I find that if I start each day with 10-20 minutes of stretching then I'm ready to tackle the day. I have a few favorite stretches (see pictures above) that help me stay limber and loss.
