As the colors of the leaves turn fiery red, bright yellows and oranges, every one thinks of PUMPKIN. Go to Starbucks and you'll get their seasonal Pumpkin Latte, Frap and whatever. So in the spirit of the season, my flavor of the week is Pumpkin Spice Chai. If you're looking for an alternative for the sugar laced drinks from the local coffee shop, then this one is for you! Pumpkin Spice Chai
2 scoops USANA MySmart Whey Complete Protein Shake (MCTs from Coconut Oil) OR 3 scoops French Vanilla Nutrimeal
10 to 12 ounces of fresh cold water
8 to 10 pieces of ice
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/8 tsp cinnamon
Cinnamon or pumpkin spice to top (optional)
Place all ingredients in a blender & blend until smooth. Transfer to a glass and sprinkle with spices if desired.
